The righteous one shall rejoice in the Lord, and shall set his hope on Him.
Verse: Hear my voice, O God, when I pray unto Thee.
Brethren, Christ came as a High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation. Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by His own Blood, He entered once into the Most Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and goats, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh; how much more shall the Blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God …
Light dawns for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.
