Apostol § 182

2 Corinthians 6:11–16
Prokeimenon, Tone 4

Hear me speedily, O Lord / in the day when I call upon Thee!

Verse: Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto Thee.

Brethren, we have spoken openly to you, O Corinthians, our heart is wide open. You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections. For you are the temple of the living God; as God has said …

Alleluia, Tone 5

Thou, O Lord, shalt protect us / and preserve us from this generation for ever!

Verse: Save me, O Lord
