Judges 10

And after Abimelech Thola the son of Phua rose up to save Israel, [being] the son of his father’s brother, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Samir in mount Ephraim.

ΚΑΙ ἀνέστη μετὰ ᾿Αβιμέλεχ τοῦ σῶσαι τὸν ᾿Ισραὴλ Θωλὰ υἱὸς Φουά, υἱὸς πατραδέλφου αὐτοῦ, ἀνὴρ ᾿Ισσάχαρ, καὶ αὐτὸς ᾤκει ἐν Σαμὶρ ἐν ὄρει ᾿Εφραίμ.

И҆ воста̀ по а҆вїмеле́сѣ спастѝ і҆и҃лѧ ѳѡла̀ сы́нъ фꙋѝ, сы́нъ бра́та ѻ҆тца̀ є҆гѡ̀, мꙋ́жъ ѿ і҆ссаха́ра: и҆ се́й живѧ́ше въ самі́рѣ въ горѣ̀ є҆фре́мовѣ,

And he judged Israel twenty-three years, and died, and was buried in Samir.

καὶ ἔκρινε τὸν ᾿Ισραὴλ εἴκοσι τρία ἔτη καὶ ἀπέθανε καὶ ἐτάθη ἐν Σαμίρ.

и҆ сꙋдѝ і҆и҃лѧ лѣ́тъ два́десѧть трѝ, и҆ ᲂу҆́мре, и҆ погребе́нъ бы́сть въ самі́рѣ.

And after him arose Jair of Galaad, and he judged Israel twenty-two years.

Καὶ ἀνέστη μετ᾿ αὐτὸν ᾿Ιαΐρ ὁ Γαλαάδ, καὶ ἔκρινε τὸν ᾿Ισραὴλ εἴκοσι δύο ἔτη.

И҆ воста̀ по не́мъ і҆аі́ръ галааді́тинъ, и҆ сꙋдѝ і҆и҃лѧ лѣ́тъ два́десѧть два̀:

And he had thirty-two sons riding on thirty-two colts, and they had thirty-two cities; and they called them Jair’s towns until this day in the land of Galaad.

καὶ ἦσαν αὐτῷ τριάκοντα καὶ δύο υἱοὶ ἐπιβαίνοντες ἐπὶ τριάκοντα δύο πώλους· καὶ τριάκοντα δύο πόλεις αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἐκάλουν αὐτὰς ἐπαύλεις ᾿Ιαΐρ ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης ἐν γῇ Γαλαάδ.

и҆ бы́ша є҆мꙋ̀ сы́нове три́десѧть два̀ ѣ҆́здѧщїи на три́десѧти двꙋ́хъ ѻ҆слѣ́хъ: и҆ гра́ды и҆̀мъ три́десѧть два̀: и҆ прозыва́хꙋ и҆̀хъ гра́ды і҆аі́рѡвы, да́же до дне́сь, и҆̀же сꙋ́ть въ землѝ галаа́довѣ:

And Jair died, and was buried in Rhamnon.

καὶ ἀπέθανεν ᾿Ιαΐρ καὶ ἐτάφη ἐν Ῥαμνών.

и҆ ᲂу҆́мре і҆аі́ръ, и҆ погребе́нъ бы́сть въ камѡ́нѣ.

And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the Lord, and served Baalim, and Astaroth, and the gods of Aram, and the gods of Sidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Phylistines; and they forsook the Lord, and did not serve him.

Καὶ προσέθεντο οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Ισραὴλ τοῦ ποιῆσαι τὸ πονηρὸν ἐνώπιον Κυρίου καὶ ἐδούλευσαν τοῖς Βααλὶμ καὶ τοῖς ᾿Ασταρὼθ καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς ᾿Αρὰδ καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς Σιδῶνος καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς Μωὰβ καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς υἱῶν ᾿Αμμὼν καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς Φυλιστιΐμ καὶ ἐγκατέλιπον τὸν Κύριον καὶ οὐκ ἐδούλευσαν αὐτῷ.

И҆ приложи́ша сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы твори́ти ѕло́е пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ и҆ послꙋжи́ша ваалі́мамъ и҆ а҆старѡ́ѳамъ и҆ богѡ́мъ сѵ̑рскимъ и҆ богѡ́мъ сїдѡ̑нскимъ и҆ богѡ́мъ мѡа̑вльскимъ и҆ богѡ́мъ сынѡ́въ а҆ммѡ́нихъ и҆ богѡ́мъ и҆ноплеме́нникѡвъ: и҆ ѡ҆ста́виша гдⷭ҇а и҆ не рабо́таша є҆мꙋ̀.

And the Lord was very angry with Israel, and sold them into the hands of the Phylistines, and into the hand of the children of Ammon.

καὶ ὠργίσθη θυμῷ Κύριος ἐν ᾿Ισραὴλ καὶ ἐπέδοτο αὐτοὺς ἐν χειρὶ Φυλιστιΐμ καὶ ἐν χειρὶ υἱῶν ᾿Αμμών.

И҆ разгнѣ́васѧ гдⷭ҇ь ꙗ҆́ростїю на і҆и҃лѧ и҆ предадѐ и҆̀хъ въ рꙋ́кꙋ фѷлїсті́мскꙋ и҆ въ рꙋ́кꙋ сынѡ́въ а҆ммѡ́нихъ.

And they afflicted and bruised the children of Israel at that time eighteen years, all the children of Israel beyond Jordan in the land of the Amorite in Galaad.

καὶ ἔθλιψαν καὶ ἔθλασαν τοὺς υἱοὺς ᾿Ισραὴλ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ ἐκείνῳ ὀκτωκαίδεκα ἔτη, τοὺς πάντας υἱοὺς ᾿Ισραὴλ τοὺς ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ ᾿Ιορδάνου ἐν γῇ τοῦ ᾿Αμορρὶ τοῦ ἐν Γαλαάδ.

И҆ ѡ҆ѕло́биша, и҆ сокрꙋши́ша сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ въ то̀ вре́мѧ ѻ҆смьна́десѧть лѣ́тъ, всѣ́хъ сынѡ́въ і҆и҃левыхъ, и҆̀же ѡ҆б̾ ѻ҆нꙋ̀ странꙋ̀ і҆ѻрда́на въ землѝ а҆морре́а и҆́же въ галаа́дѣ.

And the children of Ammon went over Jordan to fight with Juda, and Benjamin, and with Ephraim; and the children of Israel were greatly afflicted.

καὶ διέβησαν οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Αμμὼν τὸν ᾿Ιορδάνην παρατάξασθαι πρὸς ᾿Ιούδαν καὶ Βενιαμὶν καὶ πρὸς ᾿Εφραὶμ καὶ ἐθλίβη ᾿Ισραὴλ σφόδρα.

И҆ преидо́ша сы́нове а҆ммѡ̑ни і҆ѻрда́нъ воева́ти на і҆ꙋ́дꙋ и҆ венїамі́на и҆ на до́мъ є҆фре́мовъ: и҆ ѡ҆скорбле́ни бы́ша сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы ѕѣлѡ̀.

And the children of Israel cried to the Lord, saying, We have sinned against thee, because we have forsaken God, and served Baalim.

καὶ ἐβόησαν οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Ισραὴλ πρὸς Κύριον λέγοντες· ἡμάρτομέν σοι, ὅτι ἐγκατελίπομεν τὸν Θεὸν καὶ ἐδουλεύσαμεν τῷ Βααλίμ.

И҆ возопи́ша сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы ко гдⷭ҇ꙋ, глаго́люще: согрѣши́хомъ тебѣ̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ ѡ҆ста́вихомъ бг҃а на́шего и҆ рабо́тахомъ ваалі́мꙋ.

And the Lord said to the children of Israel, Did I not [save you] from Egypt and from the Amorite, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Phylistines,

καὶ εἶπε Κύριος πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς ᾿Ισραήλ· μὴ οὐχὶ ἐξ Αἰγύπτου καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ ᾿Αμορραίου καὶ ἀπὸ υἱῶν ᾿Αμμὼν καὶ ἀπὸ Φυλιστιΐμ

И҆ речѐ гдⷭ҇ь къ сынѡ́мъ і҆и҃лєвымъ: не ѿ є҆гѵ́пта ли и҆ ѿ а҆морре́а и҆ ѿ сынѡ́въ а҆ммѡ́нихъ и҆ ѿ фѷлїсті́ма

and from the Sidonians, and Amalec, and Madiam, who afflicted you? and ye cried to me, and I saved you out of their hand?

καὶ Σιδωνίων καὶ ᾿Αμαλὴκ καὶ Μαδιάμ, οἳ ἔθλιψαν ὑμᾶς, καὶ ἐβοήσατε πρός με, καὶ ἔσωσα ὑμᾶς ἐκ χειρὸς αὐτῶν;

и҆ ѿ сїдѡ́нѧнъ и҆ ѿ а҆мали́ка и҆ ѿ мадїа́ма, и҆̀же стꙋжи́ша ва́мъ, и҆ возопи́сте ко мнѣ̀, и҆ сп҃со́хъ вы̀ ѿ рꙋкѝ и҆́хъ;

Yet ye forsook me and served other gods; therefore I will not save you any more.

καὶ ὑμεῖς ἐγκατελίπετέ με καὶ ἐδουλεύσατε θεοῖς ἑτέροις· διὰ τοῦτο οὐ προσθήσω τοῦ σῶσαι ὑμᾶς.

вы́ же ѡ҆ста́висте менѐ и҆ рабо́тасте богѡ́мъ и҆ны̑мъ: сегѡ̀ ра́ди не приложꙋ̀ спⷭ҇тѝ ва́съ:

Go, and cry to the gods whom ye have chosen to yourselves, and let them save you in the time of your affliction.

πορεύεσθε καὶ βοήσατε πρὸς τοὺς θεούς, οὓς ἐξελέξασθε ἑαυτοῖς, καὶ αὐτοὶ σωσάτωσαν ὑμᾶς ἐν καιρῷ θλίψεως ὑμῶν.

и҆ди́те и҆ возопі́йте къ богѡ́мъ, и҆̀хже и҆збра́сте себѣ̀, и҆ ті́и да спасꙋ́тъ вы̀ во вре́мѧ ско́рби ва́шеѧ.

And the children of Israel said to the Lord, We have sinned: do thou to us according to all [that is] good in thine eyes; only deliver us this day.

καὶ εἶπαν οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Ισραὴλ πρὸς Κύριον· ἡμάρτομεν, ποίησον σὺ ἡμῖν κατὰ πᾶν τὸ ἀγαθὸν ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς σου, πλὴν ἐξελοῦ ἡμᾶς ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ταύτῃ.

И҆ рѣ́ша сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы ко гдⷭ҇ꙋ: согрѣши́хомъ, сотворѝ ты̀ на́мъ по всемꙋ̀, є҆ли́кѡ ᲂу҆го́дно пред̾ ѻ҆чи́ма твои́ма: то́чїю и҆зба́ви на́съ въ се́й де́нь.

And they put away the strange gods from the midst of them, and served the Lord only, and his soul was pained for the trouble of Israel.

καὶ ἐξέκλιναν τοὺς θεοὺς τοὺς ἀλλοτρίους ἐκ μέσου αὐτῶν καὶ ἐδούλευσαν τῷ Κυρίῳ μόνῳ, καὶ ὠλιγώθη ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ ἐν κόπῳ ᾿Ισραήλ.

И҆ и҆зверго́ша бо́ги чꙋжды̑ѧ ѿ среды̀ себє̀ и҆ послꙋжи́ша гдⷭ҇еви є҆ди́номꙋ: и҆ сжалѣ́сѧ дш҃а̀ є҆гѡ̀ ѡ҆ ᲂу҆трꙋжде́нїи і҆и҃левѣ.

And the children of Ammon went up, and encamped in Galaad; and the children of Israel were gathered together and encamped on the hill.

Καὶ ἀνέβησαν οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Αμμών, καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Γαλαάδ. καὶ συνήχθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ ᾿Ισραὴλ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν τῇ σκοπιᾷ.

И҆ взыдо́ша сы́нове а҆ммѡ̑ни, и҆ ѡ҆полчи́шасѧ въ галаа́дѣ: и҆ собра́шасѧ и҆ сы́нове і҆и҃лєвы, и҆ ѡ҆полчи́шасѧ въ массифѣ̀.

And the people the princes of Galaad said every man to his neighbour, Who [is] he that shall begin to fight against the children of Ammon? he shall even be head over all that dwell in Galaad.

καὶ εἶπον ὁ λαὸς οἱ ἄρχοντες Γαλαάδ, ἀνὴρ πρὸς τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ· τίς ὁ ἀνήρ, ὅστις ἂν ἄρξεται παρατάξασθαι πρὸς υἱοὺς ᾿Αμμών; καὶ ἔσται εἰς ἄρχοντα πᾶσι τοῖς κατοικοῦσι Γαλαάδ.

И҆ рѣ́ша лю́дїе кнѧ̑зи галаа́дстїи кі́йждо ко бли́жнемꙋ своемꙋ̀: мꙋ́жъ, и҆́же на́чнетъ би́тисѧ съ сынмѝ а҆ммѡ́новыми, то́й бꙋ́детъ кнѧ́зь всѣ̑мъ живꙋ́щымъ въ галаа́дѣ.
