Thou shalt not receive a vain report: thou shalt not agree with the unjust [man] to become an unjust witness.
ΟΥ παραδέξῃ ἀκοὴν ματαίαν. οὐ συγκαταθήσῃ μετὰ τοῦ ἀδίκου γενέσθαι μάρτυς ἄδικος.
Да не прїи́меши слꙋ́ха сꙋ́етна, да не приложи́шисѧ съ непра́веднымъ бы́ти свидѣ́тель непра́веденъ:
Thou shalt not associate with the multitude for evil; thou shalt not join thyself with a multitude to turn aside with the majority so as to shut out judgment.
οὐκ ἔσῃ μετὰ πλειόνων ἐπὶ κακίᾳ. οὐ προστεθήσῃ μετὰ πλήθους ἐκκλῖναι μετὰ τῶν πλειόνων, ὥστε ἐκκλῖναι κρίσιν.
да не бꙋ́деши со мно́гими на ѕло́бꙋ, да не приложи́шисѧ ко мно́жествꙋ ᲂу҆клони́тисѧ со мно́жайшими, ꙗ҆́кѡ преврати́ти сꙋ́дъ,
And if thou meet thine enemy’s ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt turn them back and restore them to him.
ἐὰν δὲ συναντήσῃς τῷ βοΐ τοῦ ἐχθροῦ σου ἢ τῷ ὑποζυγίῳ αὐτοῦ πλανωμένοις, ἀποστρέψας ἀποδώσεις αὐτῷ.
А҆́ще же срѧ́щеши говѧ́до врага̀ твоегѡ̀ и҆лѝ ѻ҆слѧ̀ є҆гѡ̀ заблꙋжда́ющее, ѡ҆брати́въ да ѿда́си є҆мꙋ̀:
A reputation for nobility follows the refusal to remember ills and leads to the cessation of hostility. From this we become disposed to concord, and concord leads to happiness. If you catch anyone you regard as a traditional enemy acting stupidly and irrationally out of desire or temper, turn him toward good behavior.
The Stromata Book 2
And if thou see thine enemy’s ass fallen under its burden, thou shalt not pass by it, but shalt help to raise it with him.
ἐὰν δὲ ἴδῃς τὸ ὑποζύγιον τοῦ ἐχθροῦ σου πεπτωκὸς ὑπὸ τὸν γόνον αὐτοῦ, οὐ παρελεύσῃ αὐτό, ἀλλὰ συναρεῖς αὐτὸ μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ.
а҆́ще же ᲂу҆́зриши ѻ҆слѧ̀ врага̀ твоегѡ̀ па́дшее под̾ бре́менемъ є҆гѡ̀, да не мимои́деши є҆̀, но да воздви́гнеши є҆̀ съ ни́мъ.
The Lord tells us to relieve and lighten the burden of beasts of burden, even when they belong to our enemies. He is teaching us at a distance not to take pleasure in the misfortunes of others and not to laugh at our enemies. He wants to teach those who have exercised themselves in these disciplines to pray for their enemies.
The Stromata Book 2
You are commanded to pull out the ass or the ox which is lying in the mud. Do you then see a Christian like yourself, who was redeemed by the blood of Christ, lying in the sewer of drunkenness and wallowing in the mud of dissipation and remain silent? Do you pass by and not stretch forth the hand of mercy by shouting to him or rebuking him or instilling fright in him? If he neglects to listen to you, mention it to the priest somewhat secretly, in order that he may accomplish by his authority what you were unable to obtain by your humble admonition. Know for a most certain fact that unless you first in secret and with great love admonish sinners and later publicly do so if you have been rejected, that sentence must be directed at you: “If you do not warn the wicked man about his wicked conduct,” it exclaims to careless bishops, “I will hold you responsible for his death.”
Sermon 225.4
Thou shalt not wrest the sentence of the poor in his judgment.
οὐ διαστρέψεις κρίμα πένητος ἐν κρίσει αὐτοῦ.
Да не преврати́ши сꙋда̀ ни́щемꙋ въ сꙋдѣ̀ є҆гѡ̀.
Thou shalt abstain from every unjust thing: thou shalt not slay the innocent and just, and thou shalt not justify the wicked for gifts.
ἀπὸ παντὸς ῥήματος ἀδίκου ἀποστήσῃ· ἀθῷον καὶ δίκαιον οὐκ ἀποκτενεῖς καὶ οὐ δικαιώσεις τὸν ἀσεβῆ ἕνεκεν δώρων.
Ѿ всѧ́кагѡ сло́ва непра́веднагѡ да ѿстꙋ́пиши: непови́нна и҆ првⷣна да не ᲂу҆бїе́ши, и҆ не ѡ҆правди́ши нечести́ваго дарѡ́въ ра́ди,
And thou shalt not receive gifts; for gifts blind the eyes of the seeing, and corrupt just words.
καὶ δῶρα οὐ λήψῃ· τὰ γὰρ δῶρα ἐκτυφλοῖ ὀφθαλμοὺς βλεπόντων καὶ λυμαίνεται ρήματα δίκαια.
и҆ да не во́змеши дарѡ́въ: да́ры бо ѡ҆слѣплѧ́ютъ ѻ҆́чи ви́дѧщымъ и҆ погꙋблѧ́ютъ словеса̀ првⷣна.
And ye shall not afflict a stranger, for ye know the heart of a stranger; for ye were yourselves strangers in the land of Egypt.
καὶ προσήλυτον οὐ θλίψετε· ὑμεῖς γὰρ οἴδατε τὴν ψυχὴν τοῦ προσηλύτου· αὐτοὶ γὰρ προσήλυτοι ἦτε ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ.
И҆ прише́льца не ѡ҆скорблѧ́йте, ни стꙋжи́те (є҆мꙋ̀): вы́ бо вѣ́сте дꙋ́шꙋ прише́лчꙋ, поне́же са́ми бѣ́сте прише́льцы въ землѝ є҆гѵ́петстѣй.
Six years thou shalt sow thy land, and gather in the fruits of it.
῝Εξ ἔτη σπερεῖς τὴν γῆν σου καὶ συνάξεις τὰ γεννήματα αὐτῆς·
Ше́сть лѣ́тъ да сѣ́еши зе́млю твою̀ и҆ да собере́ши плоды̀ є҆ѧ̀:
But in the seventh year thou shalt let it rest, and leave it, and the poor of thy nation shall feed; and the wild beasts of the field shall eat that which remains: thus shalt thou do to thy vineyard and to thine oliveyard.
τῷ δὲ ἑβδόμῳ ἄφεσιν ποιήσεις καὶ ἀνήσεις αὐτήν, καὶ ἔδονται οἱ πτωχοὶ τοῦ ἔθνους σου, τὰ δὲ ὑπολειπόμενα ἔδεται τὰ ἄγρια θηρία. οὕτω ποιήσεις τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου καὶ τὸν ἐλαιῶνά σου.
въ седмо́е же ѡ҆ставле́нїе да сотвори́ши и҆ ѡ҆пꙋ́стиши ю҆̀, и҆ да ꙗ҆́сти бꙋ́дꙋтъ ᲂу҆бо́зїи ꙗ҆зы́ка твоегѡ̀, ѡ҆ста́нки же да снѣдѧ́тъ ѕвѣ́рїе ди́вїи: та́кѡ да сотвори́ши вїногра́дꙋ твоемꙋ̀ и҆ ма́сличїю твоемꙋ̀.
Six days shalt thou do thy works, and on the seventh day there shall be rest, that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and that the son of thy maid-servant and the stranger may be refreshed.
ἓξ ἡμέρας ποιήσεις τὰ ἔργα σου, τῇ δὲ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ἑβδόμῃ ἀνάπαυσις, ἵνα ἀναπαύσηται ὁ βοῦς σου καὶ τὸ ὑποζύγιόν σου, καὶ ἵνα ἀναψύξῃ ὁ υἱὸς τῆς παιδίσκης σου καὶ ὁ προσήλυτος.
Въ ше́сть дні́й да сотвори́ши дѣла̀ твоѧ̑, въ седмы́й же де́нь поко́й: да почі́етъ во́лъ тво́й и҆ ѻ҆се́лъ тво́й, и҆ да почі́етъ сы́нъ рабы̀ твоеѧ̀ и҆ пришле́цъ.
Observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you; and ye shall make no mention of the name of other gods, neither shall they be heard out of your mouth.
πάντα, ὅσα εἴρηκα πρὸς ὑμᾶς, φυλάξασθε. Καὶ ὄνομα θεῶν ἑτέρων οὐκ ἀναμνησθήσεσθε, οὐδὲ μὴ ἀκουσθῇ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος ὑμῶν.
Всѧ̑, є҆ли̑ка гл҃ахъ ва́мъ, сохрани́те, и҆ме́нъ же богѡ́въ и҆нѣ́хъ не помина́йте, нижѐ да слы́шатсѧ и҆зо ᲂу҆́стъ ва́шихъ.
Keep ye a feast to me three times in the year.
τρεῖς καιροὺς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἑορτάσατέ μοι.
Трѝ кра́ты въ лѣ́тѣ сотвори́те мѝ пра́здникъ:
Take heed to keep the feast of unleavened bread: seven days ye shall eat unleavened bread, as I charged thee at the season of the month of new [corn], for in it thou camest out of Egypt: thou shalt not appear before me empty.
τὴν ἑορτὴν τῶν ἀζύμων φυλάξασθε ποιεῖν· ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας ἔδεσθε ἄζυμα, καθάπερ ἐνετειλάμην σοι, κατὰ τὸν καιρὸν τοῦ μηνὸς τῶν νέων· ἐν γὰρ αὐτῷ ἐξῆλθες ἐξ Αἰγύπτου, οὐκ ὀφθήσῃ ἐνώπιόν μου κενός.
пра́здникъ ѡ҆прѣсно́кѡвъ сохрани́те твори́ти, се́дмь дні́й ꙗ҆ди́те ѡ҆прѣсно́ки, ꙗ҆́коже заповѣ́дахъ тебѣ̀, во вре́мѧ мцⷭ҇а но́выхъ плодѡ́въ, въ то́й бо и҆зше́лъ є҆сѝ и҆з̾ є҆гѵ́пта, да не ꙗ҆ви́шисѧ предо мно́ю то́щь:
“You shall not appear before the Lord empty,” that is, enter not into the temple without sacrifices. Now if it is not right to go into the house of God without sacrifices, much more ought we to enter the assembly accompanied by our brethren. For this sacrifice and offering is better than that, when you bring a soul with you into the church.
Homily to Those Who Had Not Attended the Assembly 4
And thou shalt keep the feast of the harvest of first-fruits of thy labours, whatsoever thou shalt have sown in thy field, and the feast of completion at the end of the year in the gathering in of thy fruits out of thy field.
καὶ ἑορτὴν θερισμοῦ πρωτογεννημάτων ποιήσεις τῶν ἔργων σου, ὧν ἐὰν σπείρῃς ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ σου, καὶ ἑορτὴν συντελείας ἐπ᾿ ἐξόδου τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἐν τῇ συναγωγῇ τῶν ἔργων σου τῶν ἐκ τοῦ ἀγροῦ σου.
и҆ пра́здникъ жа́твы перворо́дныхъ жи̑тъ сотвори́ши ѿ дѣ́лъ твои́хъ, ꙗ҆̀же посѣ́еши на ни́вѣ твое́й: и҆ пра́здникъ сконча́нїѧ при и҆схо́дѣ лѣ́та въ собра́нїи дѣ́лъ твои́хъ, ꙗ҆̀же ѿ ни́въ твои́хъ.
Three times in the year shall all thy males appear before the Lord thy God.
τρεῖς καιροὺς τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ὀφθήσεται πᾶν ἀρσενικόν σου ἐνώπιον Κυρίου τοῦ Θεοῦ σου.
Трѝ кра́ты въ лѣ́тѣ да ꙗ҆ви́тсѧ всѧ́къ мꙋ́жескъ по́лъ тво́й пред̾ гдⷭ҇емъ бг҃омъ твои́мъ.
For when I shall have cast out the nations from before thee, and shall have widened thy borders, thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven, neither must the fat of my feast abide till the morning.
ὅταν γὰρ ἐκβάλω τὰ ἔθνη ἀπὸ προσώπου σου καὶ ἐμπλατύνω τὰ ὅριά σου, οὐ θύσεις ἐπὶ ζύμῃ αἷμα θυσιάσματός μου, οὐ δὲ μὴ κοιμηθῇ στέαρ τῆς ἑορτῆς μου ἕως πρωΐ.
Є҆гда́ бо и҆зженꙋ̀ ꙗ҆зы́ки ѿ лица̀ твоегѡ̀ и҆ разширю̀ предѣ́лы твоѧ̑, да не пожре́ши на ква́сѣ кро́ве же́ртвы моеѧ̀, нижѐ да долежи́тъ тꙋ́къ пра́здника моегѡ̀ до ᲂу҆́трїѧ.
Thou shalt bring the first-offerings of the first-fruits of thy land into the house of the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a lamb in its mother’s milk.
τὰς ἀπαρχὰς τῶν πρωτογεννημάτων τῆς γῆς σου εἰσοίσεις εἰς τὸν οἶκον Κυρίου τοῦ Θεοῦ σου. οὐχ ἑψήσεις ἄρνα ἐν γάλακτι μητρὸς αὐτοῦ.
Нача́тки пе́рвыхъ жи̑тъ землѝ твоеѧ̀ да внесе́ши въ до́мъ гдⷭ҇а бг҃а твоегѡ̀. Да не свари́ши ꙗ҆гнѧ́те во млецѣ̀ ма́тере є҆гѡ̀.
Our physical nature rebels against the thought of making the nourishment of the living a garnish for the dead or the cause of life an accessory to the death of the body.
The Stromata Book 2
And, behold, I send my angel before thy face, that he may keep thee in the way, that he may bring thee into the land which I have prepared for thee.
Καὶ ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀποστέλλω τὸν ἄγγελόν μου πρὸ προσώπου σου, ἵνα φυλάξῃ σε ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ, ὅπως εἰσαγάγῃ σε εἰς τὴν γῆν, ἣν ἡτοίμασά σοι.
И҆ сѐ, а҆́зъ послю̀ а҆́гг҃ла моего̀ пред̾ лице́мъ твои́мъ, да сохрани́тъ тѧ̀ на пꙋтѝ, ꙗ҆́кѡ да введе́тъ тѧ̀ въ зе́млю, ю҆́же ᲂу҆гото́вахъ тебѣ̀:
For Joshua was to introduce the people into the land of promise, not Moses. Now he called him an angel on account of the magnitude of the mighty deeds which he was to achieve (which mighty deeds Joshua the son of Nun did, as you can yourselves read) and on account of his office of prophet announcing the divine will. Similarly the Spirit, speaking in the person of the Father, calls the forerunner of Christ, John, a future angel, through the prophet: “Behold, I send my angel before your”—that is, Christ’s—“face, who shall prepare your way before you.”
Answer to the Jews 9.23
He called him an angel indeed, because of the greatness of the powers which he was to exercise and because of his prophetic office, while announcing the will of God. He is called Joshua (also Jesus), because it was a type of his own future name.
Against Marcion 3.16.5
Consider these words. Let the Jew, not to speak of the Manichaean, say what other angel he can find in Scripture to whom these words apply, but this leader who was to bring the people into the land of promise. Then let him inquire who it was that succeeded Moses and brought in the people. He will find that it was Jesus and that this was not his name at first but after his name was changed. It follows that he who said, “My name is in him” is the true Jesus, the leader who brings his people into the inheritance of eternal life, according to the New Testament, of which the Old was a figure. No event or action could have a more distinctly prophetical character than this, where the very name is itself a prediction.
Against Faustus, a Manichaean 16.19
Take heed to thyself and hearken to him, and disobey him not; for he will not give way to thee, for my name is on him.
πρόσεχε σεαυτῷ καὶ εἰσάκουε αὐτοῦ καὶ μὴ ἀπείθει αὐτῷ· οὐ γὰρ μὴ ὑποστείληταί σε, τὸ γὰρ ὄνομά μού ἐστιν ἐπ᾿ αὐτῷ.

For my angel shall go as thy leader, and shall bring thee to the Amorite, and Chettite, and Pherezite, and Chananite, and Gergesite, and Evite, and Jebusite, and I will destroy them.
πορεύσεται γὰρ ὁ ἄγγελός μου ἡγούμενός σου καὶ εἰσάξει σε πρὸς τὸν ᾿Αμορραῖον καὶ Χετταῖον καὶ Φερεζαῖον καὶ Χαναναῖον καὶ Γεργεσαῖον καὶ Εὐαῖον καὶ ᾿Ιεβουσαῖον, καὶ ἐκτρίψω αὐτούς.
По́йдетъ бо а҆́гг҃лъ мо́й наставлѧ́ѧй тѧ̀ и҆ введе́тъ тѧ̀ ко а҆морре́ю и҆ хетте́ю, и҆ ферезе́ю и҆ ханане́ю, и҆ гергесе́ю и҆ є҆ѵе́ю и҆ і҆евꙋсе́ю, и҆ потреблю̀ и҆̀хъ (ѿ лица̀ ва́шегѡ):
Thou shalt not worship their gods, nor serve them: thou shalt not do according to their works, but shalt utterly destroy them, and break to pieces their pillars.
οὐ προσκυνήσεις τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν, οὐ δὲ μὴ λατρεύσῃς αὐτοῖς· οὐ ποιήσεις κατὰ τὰ ἔργα αὐτῶν, ἀλλὰ καθαιρέσει καθελεῖς καὶ συντρίβων συντρίψεις τὰς στήλας αὐτῶν.
да не поклони́шисѧ богѡ́мъ и҆́хъ, нижѐ послꙋ́жиши и҆̀мъ: да не сотвори́ши по дѣлѡ́мъ и҆́хъ, но разоре́нїемъ разори́ши и҆ сокрꙋше́нїемъ сокрꙋши́ши ка̑пища и҆́хъ,
And thou shalt serve the Lord thy God, and I will bless thy bread and thy wine and thy water, and I will turn away sickness from you.
καὶ λατρεύσεις Κυρίῳ τῷ Θεῷ σου, καὶ εὐλογήσω τὸν ἄρτον σου καὶ τὸν οἶνόν σου καὶ τὸ ὕδωρ σου, καὶ ἀποστρέψω μαλακίαν ἀφ᾿ ὑμῶν.
и҆ да послꙋ́жиши гдⷭ҇ꙋ бг҃ꙋ твоемꙋ̀: и҆ блгⷭ҇влю̀ хлѣ́бъ тво́й и҆ вїно̀ твоѐ и҆ во́дꙋ твою̀, и҆ ѿвращꙋ̀ болѣ́знь ѿ ва́съ.
There shall not be on thy land one that is impotent or barren. I will surely fulfil the number of thy days.
οὐκ ἔσται ἄγονος οὐδὲ στείρα ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς σου· τὸν ἀριθμὸν τῶν ἡμερῶν σου ἀναπληρῶν ἀναπληρώσω.
Не бꙋ́детъ безча́денъ, нижѐ непло́ды на землѝ твое́й: число̀ дні́й твои́хъ и҆сполнѧ́ѧ и҆спо́лню.
And we notice that the saying, “The barren has borne seven, and she that has many children is weakened,” is in accord with this; as also is that which is said in the blessings: “There shall not be one among you that is childless or barren.” This being so, it follows that just as there is one love, known as carnal and also known as Cupid by the poets, according to which the lover sows in the flesh. So also is there another, a spiritual love, by which the inner man who loves sows in the spirit. And, to speak more plainly, if anyone still bears the image of the earthly according to the outer man, then he is moved by earthly desire and love; but the desire and love of him who bears the image of the heavenly according to the inner man are heavenly.
Commentary on the Song of Songs, Prologue 2
And I will send terror before thee, and I will strike with amazement all the nations to which thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies to flee.
καὶ τὸν φόβον ἀποστελῶ ἡγούμενόν σου καὶ ἐκστήσω πάντα τά ἔθνη, εἰς οὓς σὺ εἰσπορεύῃ εἰς αὐτούς, καὶ δώσω πάντας τούς ὑπεναντίους σου φυγάδας.
И҆ стра́хъ послю̀ ведꙋ́щїй тѧ̀, и҆ ᲂу҆страшꙋ̀ всѧ̑ ꙗ҆зы́ки, въ нѧ́же ты̀ вхо́диши къ ни̑мъ, и҆ да́мъ всѧ̑ сопроти́вники твоѧ̑ въ бѣгꙋны̀:
And I will send hornets before thee, and thou shalt cast out the Amorites and the Evites, and the Chananites and the Chettites from thee.
καὶ ἀποστελῶ τὰς σφηκίας προτέρας σου, καὶ ἐκβαλεῖς τοὺς ᾿Αμορραίους καὶ τοὺς Εὐαίους καὶ τοὺς Χαναναίους καὶ τοὺς Χετταίους ἀπό σοῦ.
и҆ послю̀ шє́ршни пред̾ тобо́ю, и҆ и҆зженꙋ̀ а҆моррє́и и҆ є҆ѵє́и, и҆ і҆евꙋсє́и и҆ хананє́и и҆ хеттє́и ѿ тебє̀:
I will not cast them out in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the beasts of the field multiply against thee.
οὐκ ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἐν ἐνιαυτῷ ἑνί, ἵνα μὴ γένηται ἡ γῆ ἔρημος καὶ πολλὰ γένηται ἐπὶ σὲ τὰ θηρία τῆς γῆς.
не и҆зженꙋ̀ и҆́хъ въ лѣ́тѣ є҆ди́нѣмъ, да не бꙋ́детъ землѧ̀ пꙋста̀, и҆ мно́зи бꙋ́дꙋтъ на тѧ̀ ѕвѣ̑ри земні́и:
By little [and little] I will cast them out from before thee, until thou shalt be increased and inherit the earth.
κατὰ μικρὸν ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ σοῦ, ἕως ἂν αὐξηθῇς καὶ κληρονομήσῃς τὴν γῆν.
пома́лꙋ пома́лꙋ и҆зженꙋ̀ и҆̀хъ ѿ тебє̀, до́ндеже возрасте́ши и҆ наслѣ́диши зе́млю.
And I will set thy borders from the Red Sea, to the sea of the Phylistines, and from the wilderness to the great river Euphrates; and I will give into your hand those that dwell in the land, and will cast them out from thee.
καὶ θήσω τὰ ὅριά σου ἀπὸ τῆς ἐρυθρᾶς θαλάσσης, ἕως τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς Φυλιστιεὶμ καὶ ἀπὸ τῆς ἐρήμου ἕως τοῦ μεγάλου ποταμοῦ Εὐφράτου· καὶ παραδώσω εἰς τὰς χεῖρας ὑμῶν τοὺς ἐγκαθημένους ἐν τῇ γῇ καὶ ἐκβαλῶ αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ σοῦ.
И҆ положꙋ̀ предѣ́лы твоѧ̑ ѿ чермна́гѡ мо́рѧ до мо́рѧ фѷлїсті́млѧ, и҆ ѿ пꙋсты́ни до рѣкѝ вели́кїѧ є҆ѵфра́та, и҆ преда́мъ въ рꙋ́цѣ ва́ши сѣдѧ́щихъ на землѝ и҆ и҆зженꙋ̀ и҆̀хъ ѿ тебє̀:
Thou shalt make no covenant with them and their gods.
οὐ συγκαταθήσῃ αὐτοῖς καὶ τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν διαθήκην,
да не смѣси́шисѧ съ ни́ми, и҆ съ бѡ́ги и҆́хъ да не завѣща́еши завѣ́та,
And they shall not dwell in thy land, lest they cause thee to sin against me; for if thou shouldest serve their gods, these will be an offence to thee.
καὶ οὐκ ἐγκαθήσονται ἐν τῇ γῇ σου, ἵνα μὴ ἁμαρτεῖν σε ποιήσωσι πρός με· ἐὰν γὰρ δουλεύσῃς τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν, οὗτοι ἔσονταί σοι πρόσκομμα.
и҆ да не ѡ҆ста́нꙋтсѧ на землѝ твое́й, да не сотворѧ́тъ тѧ̀ согрѣши́ти ко мнѣ̀: а҆́ще бо порабо́таеши богѡ́мъ и҆́хъ, сі́и бꙋ́дꙋтъ тебѣ̀ въ собла́знъ.
And thou shalt not spare a poor man in judgment.
καὶ πένητα οὐκ ἐλεήσεις ἐν κρίσει.
и҆ ни́щагѡ да не поми́лꙋеши на сꙋдѣ̀.
