AFTER these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.
Μετὰ ταῦτα ἐφανέρωσεν ἑαυτὸν πάλιν ὁ Ἰησοῦς τοῖς μαθηταῖς ἐπὶ τῆς θαλάσσης τῆς Τιβεριάδος· ἐφανέρωσε δὲ οὕτως.
[Заⷱ҇ 66] Посе́мъ ꙗ҆ви́сѧ па́ки і҆и҃съ ᲂу҆чн҃кѡ́мъ (свои̑мъ, воста́въ ѿ ме́ртвыхъ,) на мо́ри тїверїа́дстѣмъ. Ꙗ҆ви́сѧ же си́це:
There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.
ἦσαν ὁμοῦ Σίμων Πέτρος, καὶ Θωμᾶς ὁ λεγόμενος Δίδυμος, καὶ Ναθαναὴλ ὁ ἀπὸ Κανᾶ τῆς Γαλιλαίας, καὶ οἱ τοῦ Ζεβεδαίου, καὶ ἄλλοι ἐκ τῶν μαθητῶν αὐτοῦ δύο.
бѧ́хꙋ вкꙋ́пѣ сі́мѡнъ пе́тръ, и҆ ѳѡма̀ нарица́емый близне́цъ, и҆ наѳана́илъ, и҆́же (бѣ̀) ѿ ка́ны галїле́йскїѧ, и҆ сы̑на зеведе́ѡва, и҆ и҆́на ѿ ᲂу҆чн҃къ є҆гѡ̀ два̀.
Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.
λέγει αὐτοῖς Σίμων Πέτρος· ὑπάγω ἁλιεύειν. λέγουσιν αὐτῷ· ἐρχόμεθα καὶ ἡμεῖς σὺν σοί. ἐξῆλθον καὶ ἐνέβησαν εἰς τὸ πλοῖον εὐθύς, καὶ ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ νυκτὶ ἐπίασαν οὐδέν.
Глаго́ла и҆̀мъ сі́мѡнъ пе́тръ: и҆дꙋ̀ ры́бы лови́ти. Глаго́лаша є҆мꙋ̀: и҆́демъ и҆ мы̀ съ тобо́ю. И҆зыдо́ша (же) и҆ всѣдо́ша а҆́бїе въ кора́бль, и҆ въ тꙋ̀ но́щь не ꙗ҆́ша ничесѡ́же.
But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.
πρωΐας δὲ ἤδη γενομένης ἔστη ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἰς τὸν αἰγιαλόν· οὐ μέντοι ᾔδεισαν οἱ μαθηταὶ ὅτι Ἰησοῦς ἐστι.
Оу҆́трꙋ же бы́вшꙋ, ста̀ і҆и҃съ при бре́зѣ: не позна́ша же ᲂу҆чн҃цы̀, ꙗ҆́кѡ і҆и҃съ є҆́сть.
Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.
λέγει οὖν αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· παιδία, μή τι προσφάγιον ἔχετε; ἀπεκρίθησαν αὐτῷ· οὔ.
Гл҃а же и҆̀мъ і҆и҃съ: дѣ́ти, є҆да̀ что̀ снѣ́дно и҆́мате; Ѿвѣща́ша є҆мꙋ̀: нѝ.
And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.
ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· βάλετε εἰς τὰ δεξιὰ μέρη τοῦ πλοίου τὸ δίκτυον, καὶ εὑρήσετε. ἔβαλον οὖν, καὶ οὐκέτι αὐτὸ ἑλκύσαι ἴσχυσαν ἀπὸ τοῦ πλήθους τῶν ἰχθύων.
Ѻ҆́нъ же речѐ и҆̀мъ: вве́рзите мре́жꙋ ѡ҆ деснꙋ́ю странꙋ̀ кораблѧ̀ и҆ ѡ҆брѧ́щете. Вверго́ша же и҆ ктомꙋ̀ не можа́хꙋ привлещѝ є҆ѧ̀ ѿ мно́жества ры́бъ.
Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.
λέγει οὖν ὁ μαθητὴς ἐκεῖνος, ὃν ἠγάπα ὁ Ἰησοῦς, τῷ Πέτρῳ· ὁ Κύριός ἐστι. Σίμων οὖν Πέτρος ἀκούσας ὅτι ὁ Κύριός ἐστι, τὸν ἐπενδύτην διεζώσατο· ἦν γὰρ γυμνός· καὶ ἔβαλεν ἑαυτὸν εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν·
Глаго́ла же ᲂу҆чн҃къ то́й, є҆го́же люблѧ́ше і҆и҃съ, петро́ви: гдⷭ҇ь є҆́сть. Сі́мѡнъ же пе́тръ слы́шавъ, ꙗ҆́кѡ гдⷭ҇ь є҆́сть, є҆пендѵ́томъ препоѧ́сасѧ, бѣ́ бо на́гъ, и҆ вве́ржесѧ въ мо́ре:
And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.
οἱ δὲ ἄλλοι μαθηταὶ τῷ πλοιαρίῳ ἦλθον· οὐ γὰρ ἦσαν μακρὰν ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς, ἀλλ’ ὡς ἀπὸ πηχῶν διακοσίων, σύροντες τὸ δίκτυον τῶν ἰχθύων.
а҆ дрꙋзі́и ᲂу҆чн҃цы̀ кораблеце́мъ прїидо́ша, не бѣ́ша бо дале́че ѿ землѝ, но ꙗ҆́кѡ двѣ̀ стѣ̀ лакте́й, влекꙋ́ще мре́жꙋ ры́бъ.
As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.
ὡς οὖν ἀπέβησαν εἰς τὴν γῆν, βλέπουσιν ἀνθρακιὰν κειμένην καὶ ὀψάριον ἐπικείμενον καὶ ἄρτον.
Є҆гда̀ ᲂу҆̀бо и҆злѣзо́ша на зе́млю, ви́дѣша ѻ҆́гнь лежа́щь и҆ ры́бꙋ на не́мъ лежа́щꙋ и҆ хлѣ́бъ.
Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.
λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· ἐνέγκατε ἀπὸ τῶν ὀψαρίων ὧν ἐπιάσατε νῦν.
(И҆) гл҃а и҆̀мъ і҆и҃съ: принеси́те ѿ ры́бъ, ꙗ҆̀же ꙗ҆́сте нн҃ѣ.
Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.
ἀνέβη Σίμων Πέτρος καὶ εἵλκυσε τὸ δίκτυον ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, μεστὸν ἰχθύων μεγάλων ἑκατὸν πεντήκοντα τριῶν· καὶ τοσούτων ὄντων οὐκ ἐσχίσθη τὸ δίκτυον.
Влѣ́зъ (же) сі́мѡнъ пе́тръ, и҆звлечѐ мре́жꙋ на зе́млю, по́лнꙋ вели́кихъ ры́бъ сто̀ (и҆) пѧтьдесѧ́тъ (и҆) трѝ: и҆ толи́кѡ сꙋ́щымъ, не прото́ржесѧ мре́жа.
Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
λέγει αὐτοῖς ὁ Ἰησοῦς· δεῦτε ἀριστήσατε. οὐδεὶς δὲ ἐτόλμα τῶν μαθητῶν ἐξετάσαι αὐτὸν σὺ τίς εἶ, εἰδότες ὅτι ὁ Κύριός ἐστιν.
Гл҃а и҆̀мъ і҆и҃съ: прїиди́те, ѡ҆бѣ́дꙋйте. Ни є҆ди́нъ же смѣ́ѧше ѿ ᲂу҆чн҃къ и҆стѧза́ти є҆го̀: ты̀ кто̀ є҆сѝ; вѣ́дѧще, ꙗ҆́кѡ гдⷭ҇ь є҆́сть.
Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.
ἔρχεται οὖν ὁ Ἰησοῦς καὶ λαμβάνει τὸν ἄρτον καὶ δίδωσιν αὐτοῖς καὶ τὸ ὀψάριον ὁμοίως.
Прїи́де же і҆и҃съ, и҆ прїѧ́тъ хлѣ́бъ и҆ дадѐ и҆̀мъ, и҆ ры́бꙋ та́кожде.
This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
Τοῦτο ἤδη τρίτον ἐφανερώθη ὁ Ἰησοῦς τοῖς μαθηταῖς αὐτοῦ ἐγερθεὶς ἐκ νεκρῶν.

Brethren, knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified. “ … But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? God forbid! For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me …

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
Καὶ ἰδοὺ νομικός τις ἀνέστη ἐκπειράζων αὐτὸν καὶ λέγων· διδάσκαλε, τί ποιήσας ζωὴν αἰώνιον κληρονομήσω;
[Заⷱ҇ 53] И҆ сѐ, зако́нникъ нѣ́кїй воста̀, и҆скꙋша́ѧ є҆го̀ и҆ глаго́лѧ: ᲂу҆чт҃лю, что̀ сотвори́въ, живо́тъ вѣ́чный наслѣ́дꙋю;
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
ὁ δὲ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτόν· ἐν τῷ νόμῳ τί γέγραπται; πῶς ἀναγινώσκεις;
Ѻ҆́нъ же речѐ къ немꙋ̀: въ зако́нѣ что̀ пи́сано є҆́сть; ка́кѡ чте́ши;
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν· ἀγαπήσεις Κύριον τὸν Θεόν σου ἐξ ὅλης τῆς καρδίας σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ψυχῆς σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς ἰσχύος σου καὶ ἐξ ὅλης τῆς διανοίας σου, καὶ τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν·
Ѻ҆́нъ же ѿвѣща́въ речѐ: возлю́биши гдⷭ҇а бг҃а твоего̀ ѿ всегѡ̀ се́рдца твоегѡ̀, и҆ ѿ всеѧ̀ дꙋшѝ твоеѧ̀, и҆ все́ю крѣ́постїю твое́ю, и҆ всѣ́мъ помышле́нїемъ твои́мъ: и҆ бли́жнѧго своего̀ ꙗ҆́кѡ са́мъ себѐ.
And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour?
ὁ δὲ θέλων δικαιοῦν ἑαυτὸν εἶπε πρὸς τὸν Ἰησοῦν· καὶ τίς ἐστί μου πλησίον;
Ѻ҆́нъ же хотѧ̀ ѡ҆правди́тисѧ са́мъ, речѐ ко і҆и҃сꙋ: и҆ кто̀ є҆́сть бли́жнїй мо́й;
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Ὑπολαβὼν δὲ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν· ἄνθρωπός τις κατέβαινεν ἀπὸ Ἱερουσαλὴμ εἰς Ἱεριχώ, καὶ λῃσταῖς περιέπεσεν· οἳ καὶ ἐκδύσαντες αὐτὸν καὶ πληγὰς ἐπιθέντες ἀπῆλθον ἀφέντες ἡμιθανῆ τυγχάνοντα.
Ѿвѣща́въ же і҆и҃съ речѐ: человѣ́къ нѣ́кїй схожда́ше ѿ і҆ерⷭ҇ли́ма во і҆ерїхѡ́нъ, и҆ въ разбо́йники впадѐ, и҆̀же совле́кше є҆го̀, и҆ ꙗ҆́звы возло́жше ѿидо́ша, ѡ҆ста́вльше є҆два̀ жи́ва сꙋ́ща.
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
κατὰ συγκυρίαν δὲ ἱερεύς τις κατέβαινεν ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ ἐκείνῃ, καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὸν ἀντιπαρῆλθεν.
По слꙋ́чаю же свѧще́нникъ нѣ́кїй схожда́ше пꙋте́мъ тѣ́мъ, и҆ ви́дѣвъ є҆го̀, мимои́де.
And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked on him, and passed by on the other side.
ὁμοίως δὲ καὶ Λευΐτης γενόμενος κατὰ τὸν τόπον, ἐλθὼν καὶ ἰδὼν ἀντιπαρῆλθε.
Та́кожде же и҆ леѵі́тъ, бы́въ на то́мъ мѣ́стѣ, прише́дъ и҆ ви́дѣвъ, мимои́де.
But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
Σαμαρείτης δέ τις ὁδεύων ἦλθε κατ᾿ αὐτόν, καὶ ἰδὼν αὐτὸν ἐσπλαγχνίσθη,
Самарѧни́нъ же нѣ́кто грѧды́й, прїи́де над̾ него̀, и҆ ви́дѣвъ є҆го̀, милосе́рдова:
And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
καὶ προσελθὼν κατέδησε τὰ τραύματα αὐτοῦ ἐπιχέων ἔλαιον καὶ οἶνον, ἐπιβιβάσας δὲ αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὸ ἴδιον κτῆνος ἤγαγεν αὐτὸν εἰς πανδοχεῖον καὶ ἐπεμελήθη αὐτοῦ·
и҆ пристꙋ́пль ѡ҆бвѧза̀ стрꙋ́пы є҆гѡ̀, возлива́ѧ ма́сло и҆ вїно̀: всади́въ же є҆го̀ на сво́й ско́тъ, приведѐ є҆го̀ въ гости́нницꙋ и҆ прилѣжа̀ є҆мꙋ̀:
And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay thee.
καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν αὔριον ἐξελθών, ἐκβαλὼν δύο δηνάρια ἔδωκε τῷ πανδοχεῖ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ· ἐπιμελήθητι αὐτοῦ, καὶ ὅτι ἂν προσδαπανήσῃς, ἐγὼ ἐν τῷ ἐπανέρχεσθαί με ἀποδώσω σοι.
и҆ наꙋ́трїѧ и҆зше́дъ, и҆з̾е́мь два̀ сре́брєника, дадѐ гости́нникꙋ и҆ речѐ є҆мꙋ̀: прилѣжѝ є҆мꙋ̀: и҆ є҆́же а҆́ще прїиждиве́ши, а҆́зъ є҆гда̀ возвращꙋ́сѧ, возда́мъ тѝ.
Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him that fell among the thieves?
τίς οὖν τούτων τῶν τριῶν πλησίον δοκεῖ σοι γεγονέναι τοῦ ἐμπεσόντος εἰς τοὺς λῃστάς;
Кто̀ ᲂу҆̀бо ѿ тѣ́хъ трїе́хъ бли́жнїй мни́ттисѧ бы́ти впа́дшемꙋ въ разбо́йники;
And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
ὁ δὲ εἶπεν· ὁ ποιήσας τὸ ἔλεος μετ᾿ αὐτοῦ. εἶπεν οὖν αὐτῷ ὁ Ἰησοῦς· πορεύου καὶ σὺ ποίει ὁμοίως.
Ѻ҆́нъ же речѐ: сотвори́вый ми́лость съ ни́мъ. Рече́ же є҆мꙋ̀ і҆и҃съ: и҆дѝ, и҆ ты̀ творѝ та́кожде.
